Get ready for Global Energy Race on Sunday September 23, presented by Harvest Gold. You will be among 100,000 plus runners from 23 countries running on same day at 35 locations worldwide.

Two Days Race Expo for T-shirt & Bib Collection:

Decathlon Store First Floor, Huda City Centre Metro station, Gurugram
21st September Friday, 5pm to 9pm &
22nd September, Saturday 10am to 2pm

Those who can not come to collect their bib may authorize someone or your group representative to collect on your behalf.
Carry the copy of confirmation mail or simply tell the bib number.
Bibs & t-shirts will not be distributed on race day morning.

Assembly Time - 5:00AM
5:30 - 5:45AM - Zumba Warm-up

Race Instructions-
Don’t exchange your bibs.
Don’t go on the track after you finish, wearing your bib, you will be disqualified. Remove it, if you want to help your friends on the track.
Wear your bib number on the front, preferably on chest.
Reach at the venue, 60mins in advance from your respective start.
It’s 5Km flat course- clean, pollution & traffic free. You will enjoy it.
You will be guided by route markers, volunteers through the route and to reach the assembly area.
En-route water, energy drink and first-aid are available. We are serving water in disposable glasses only. 4 Water stations- 1.4Km, 2.4Km, 4Km & 5Km
Emergency medical support is being provided by Artemis Hospital.
Loads of photographs will be clicked while you are running!

Baggage Counter- There will be baggage counter in the assembly area but don’t leave wallet & mobile phone there.
Portable toilets will be outside assembly area.

Wholesome breakfast

Prizes & Gifts:
Fastest (men & women, top 3 in 10K Run, 5K Run & 3K Run categories) will get trophies.
The gift hampers from Decathlon for the podium finishers (age category wise) in all 10K Run, 5K Run & 3K Run categories will be distributed on a later date.
10K Winners: Top 2 winners (Man & Woman 10k race) would get a sponsored trip with a companion each to run the 2019 edition of the Global Energy Race at Madrid, Spain. (TnC apply)

Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottle in dustbin. Or, pass it on the volunteers. Help us keep the race route clean. As usual, our team of volunteers will clean the park after the event is over.
